Welcome to Golden Bay, a project of 8 homes in the beautiful coastal town of Roses, on the Catalan Costa Brava. It is an enclave that dates back to the 5th century BC and was founded by the Greeks. Nowadays Roses is famous for its gastronomy, its beaches and hidden coves and is a perfect place to practice all kinds of water sports such as sailing, windsurfing, scuba diving or snorkelling. It also has a great deal of commercial activity with cinemas, shops, marinas, bars and restaurants that allow you to combine the calm and relaxed life of the Costa Brava with a series of activities that will ensure you’re never bored.

Location
The development is located at Avenida Rhode 101, right on the beachfront. A perfect location for both a first and second home. It is located right in the centre of Roses, close to the marina and with a wide range of restaurants and bars nearby offering the possibility of tasting the incredible Mediterranean gastronomy.
It is located near the Citadel of Roses, ruins that show the ancient fortress of Roses, with remains dating from many different periods, from the 4th to the 19th century. This is a protected enclave of incalculable historical value just a few metres from the development.
It is perfectly connected with Girona (less than 1 hour drive), Barcelona (less than 2 hours drive) and very close to the French border.
